Return Policy

We stand behind our products and our customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return products purchased from our website within 30 days from the date of purchase subject to the following conditions:
  • A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained and approved before we can accept any return for any reason, no exceptions. Please contact our customer service team at for your RMA.
  • Items on sale, end of line, and custom orders are not eligible for return, no exceptions.
  • If the item was marked as a GIFT when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. One the returned item is received by our warehouse a gift certificate will be emailed to you.  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the shipment shipped to themselves to be given to you later, we will issue a refund to them.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging with all accessories.
  • The refund will be for the purchase price of the product minus shipping and handling charges.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund with a credit back to your credit card or the original form of payment within 2 business days.  Please allow 72 hours for the refund to be reflected with your banking institution.
